They always have you back and are there for you when you need them. I couldn't have taken WSIB with out them thanks for all you have done

I have been a WSIB client now for 2 years and I am pleased with the exceptionally good service and legal assistance that I have received from Peter Sholdas. I am forever grateful to Peter and his colleagues who have worked on my case.

I am receiving a wage supplement till age 65. I retained the services of Sholdas and Associates in 2011. I contracted  dermatitis while working with my employer in 2003 . initially WSIB denied my claim for benefits . Finally we won at appeals and they have recognized my pain and suffering and have finally paid me for my disability . it was a long hard fight but we finally won !!  now I can get on with my life.

They (WSIB ) took away all me benefits and denied my claim in 2003 saying that I wasnít hurt because of my job Ö..   finally after appearing in front of the Appeals Tribunal justice was done and they are giving me back my life . Great Job appearing in front of the Tribunal Mr.  Sholdas!

Tears Of Joy. I continued to work as an assembler no matter how much it caused me pain. Mr Sholdas fought hard to prove that the job wasn't suitable, and won! Now I finally feel that my life has meaning again as somebody recognizes my pain.

When I was being trained by the WSIB my future earnings were miscalculated. With Peter's help we won our appeal. I was finally paid the amount owed to me.

Penalized no longer. We were being penalized by the WSIB and really didn't know where to start. Sholdas and Harris  'cleaned things up' and our claims costs were substantially reduced. Great work from a professional team.

Recognizing My Disability. Since 1996 I fought to have my permanent back disability recognized by the WSIB while working for Coca Cola. Thanks to Mr Sholdas the WSIB has finally compensated me for all my pain and suffering over the last few years. My future seems a lot brighter.
